Get ready for a challenging, full-body workout like no other! Your first Lagree class will be 45 minutes of slow, controlled movements on the Megaformer, designed to strengthen, tone, & improve endurance—all while being low-impact on your joints.

Embrace the shakes, and engage muscles you never knew existed! Our expert instructors will guide you through every move, ensuring proper form and a safe, effective workout. Grip socks are required on the mega, so bring your own or purchase a pair in-studio.
